A ST MICHAEL MAN is scheduled to appear in court Monday to face several counts of firearm and drug possession.
He is 36-year-old Kirk Dwayne Erskine Agard of 1st Avenue, Godding Road, Station Hill, St Michael.
The Drug Squad has charged Agard with unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition, possession of cannabis, importation, possession with intent to supply and trafficking.
Police executed a search warrant at Agard’s residence last Friday. During the search, a .38 handgun containing five rounds was seized. They also discovered 500 grams of cannabis.
Agard is scheduled to appear at the District A Magistrates Court on Monday. (PR/SAT)
