FOUR POLICEMEN AND a male suspect were injured last night during a police chase in St John.
Police say the officers were on duty when they initiated a pursuit of the suspect’s vehicle. The man suffered a broken right leg when his vehicle crashed into a tree at Kendal.
The policemen reportedly received slight injuries when their vehicle also collided with a tree in the same location.
The suspect and two of the policemen were taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulances while the other two officers were transported there by police vehicles. (PR/NB)
