NOT ALL HEROES wear capes and feature on the big screen. Sometimes they are the everyday people who simply lend a helping hand to those in need.

Massy Stores Supermarket Worthing worker Natalie Rouse is one of those everyday shining examples.

Earlier this week, a caller to the WEEKEND NATION, Rudolph Smith said he had been touched by her actions as she spent hours walking with and helping the visually impaired Anna Beckles through the store to do her shopping.

Though surprised by the fact that she was being highlighted, the soft-spoken 33-year-old said this was not the first time she had helped beckles and added that she just liked helping people. (AD)
