The victims of last Sunday’s early morning robbery by a cutlass-wielding masked man all returned to work the same day. They believe the station was targeted by the same individual.

A vendor who sells from the parking area of the gas station and is known as Shawn, emerged a hero after he chased the robber whom he had spotted just before the assault.

“To be honest I wasn’t frighten at all. I don’t know if it is because of the way I was brought up or the environment I was brought up in but I didn’t have no fear at all . . . I live in Trinidad and St Lucia, what I’ve seen in Barbados is nice,” Shawn told the MIDWEEK NATION. (AC)
