Still feels blessed

ONE FATEFUL MOMENT was all it took to change Malisa Crichlow’s life forever.

Five years and two days ago, the now 26-year-old woman lost an arm, and even worse, her child in a horrific night-time crash along Lower Estate Road, St Michael, on Holy Thursday.

She was travelling in a vehicle driven by Troy “Shabba” Clinton, of St Philip, when it collided with a parked trailer along the dark road. Two other people also lost their lives.

Today, Crichlow is no longer feeling pain in her left shoulder and has three precious children – two of them twins, to live for. However, she said there was no replacing Jakayla, who was only two months old when she died.
