And almost with a finality of cold winter barrenness, the Four Seasons Resort sits eerily amidst shadows of bush in Black Rock, St Michael.
Loneliness surrounds the multimillion-dollar project in Paradise, St Michael, not resembling anything like the promised land, but a dark and desolate ghost town.
The confusion associated with the development of the 32-acre property seemed to linger in the air as bits of scattered shingles hung to the roof and droppings by birds and other vermin decorated the incomplete foundation in earthly tones.
Back in 2009, the ongoing construction of the multistorey structures by contractor Cinnamon 88 promised an amazing resort filled with awe-inspiring grandeur. however, that is yet to happen.
