AS HE HAS DONE for the past two years, Kenneth Ramsey is looking for more glory in the Sandy Lane Barbados Gold Cup.

And today’s 35th edition of the Caribbean’s premier horse race will be extra special for him, since victory will give him three consecutive wins.

An elated Ramsey was on hand Thursday morning at the Garrison Savannah watching his hopeful pair of defending champion Sayler’s Creek and Watchyourownbobber go through their preparations for the big day when NATIONSPORTS caught up with him.

Declaring his delight to be back, he said: “I’m glad the competition is down here. I hope everyone comes out, the festivities are great.”
