THEY ALL CAME TO DETHRONE Red House at St George Primary School’s sports, but the champions defended their crown with great determination and industry at the National Stadium yesterday.

They finished with 389 points, as they held off the challenge of arch-rivals Green House, who finished with 370 points.Yellow was third on 330 and Blue fourth on 297.

Red House’s Tyreke Crawford is a name to be noted for upcoming events as he displayed speed and poise in despatching the Under-13 boys in the 100, 200 and 400 metres.

Jaquon Pilgrim from Yellow House looked a good prospect with victories in the Under-11 boys 100, 200 and the open boys 800 metres but Tristan Gill from Green House spoiled his attempt at a clean sweep of the sprints by taking victory in the 400 metres. (AT)
