CLAYTONS KOLA TONIC NOTRE DAME will face last year’s runners-up Rendezvous in the feature match today at 8 p.m. when the Barbados Football Association’s Digicel Premier League continues at the Wildey AstroTurf.
Rendezvous have been bolstered by prolific goal scorer Jabarry “Papi” Chandler, while Notre Dame will have the likes of Kyle Gibson and Chai Lloyd in attack.
Chandler has joined Rendezvous after a transfer from DirecTV Paradise. He recently led Christ Church East Central to their second David Thompson Memorial Constituency Councils’ Football Classic title, ending the tournament as the leading goal scorer and the Most Valuable Player.
Rendezvous finished second on goal difference last year behind champions BDF and will certainly be no pushover. (PG)
