BARBADOS – The West Indies Under-19 cricket team departed the Caribbean yesterday afternoon for Bangladesh where they will participate in the ICC Under-19 World Cup from January 22 to February 14.
The team will play two warm up matches before they open their account on January 28 against England.
While at the Grantley Adams International Airport, they were offered words of advice by Barbados Cricket Association President and WICB Director, Joel Garner.
Project Officer Rawl Lewis was also on spot to ensure they had full a list of equipment and supplies. (PR)
