GERTRUDE CLARKE hit triple figures yesterday.
The soft-spoken former hawker sat comfortably in her lounge chair and drank a glass of wine at her Braggs Hill, St Joseph home on reaching her 100th birthday.
Family and friends held a special event combining her birthday and Boxing Day, which was attended by her daughters Gail and Margo, as well as Member of Parliament Dale Marshall.
