A FULL REHEARSAL for the Remembrance Day Parade will be held on Sunday in National Heroes’ Square, Bridgetown, beginning at 8 a.m.
As a result, a number of traffic changes will be in effect between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m.
During these hours, Broad Street, from its junction with Prince William Henry Street to its junction with High Street; as well as High Street, Trafalgar Street, Charles Duncan O’Neal Bridge and Wharf Road, will be closed to all vehicular traffic.
No parking will be allowed along Belmont Road, Constitution Road, Martindale’s Road, St Michael Row, Bridge Street, Trafalgar Street, Magazine Lane, Palmetto Street and Rickett Street. Motorists and pedestrians travelling in the area are asked to exercise caution, and to follow the instructions of the police officers on duty. (BGIS)
