JUST AFTER 11 p.m. on Sunday, and amid screams, cheers and some tears of joy, Miss Pizza Mania Keisha Gay was announced as the new Miss Big & Beautiful.
The voluptuous beauty beat out seven others in a hard-fought battle for the title when the 12th edition of the pageant was held before a standing room-only audience at the Plantation Garden Theatre, St Lawrence, Christ Church.
Gay wowed, dazzled and shone on her way to victory, in the process also earning the titles of Miss Photogenic, Best Formal Wear and  Miss Social Media.
Gay looked resplendent in the beautiful Lester Welch formal wear creation. It was made of pretty fuschia and purple hand-dyed sheer fabric and lace.
The bodice was designed with a crêpe back and satin covered with embellished lace. The gown featured a one-shoulder look at her left side that was adorned with a vibrant accent of beads and sequins.
