ONE OF BARBADOS’ most active basketball programmes isn’t done just yet.
Popular hoops camp, Samsung Ballout Coast2Coast, is hoping to make the event an annual one after attracting even more junior ballers for the programme’s third edition.
Camp consultant Devronya Brathwaite expressed the sentiment during Friday’s prize- giving ceremony following the Under-20 tournament finale.
“Camp this year was amazing as we had 70 campers in total and we had an opportunity to host some campers from overseas, which was exciting. We had two from England, one from Canada, one from Brooklyn and one from Jamaica so it was an awesome two weeks,” said Brathwaite.
