GRIEVING MOTHER Bhagnattie Alleyne fears she may never know the truth of what happened when her son died on August 2.

Loron Stapleton, 21, was driving a car that was involved in a crash on Princess Alice Highway around 6:30 a.m. that day. Police later issued a public appeal for information on his identity but no details of the accident have been released.

Stapleton never recovered from his injuries and passed away at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday.

Alleyne, who resides at Grazettes, St Michael, told the DAILY NATION that she found out about the accident the following day, when Loron’s brother Joshua told her that he was in a serious condition.

She said her son did not have a driver’s licence and did not own a vehicle.
