Owner getting help after day-care fire

FRIENDS, PARENTS and neighbours connected to Depearl’s Nursery rallied to the owner’s aid yesterday after an early morning fire.

Just hours after the 17-year-old establishment, on Green Hill, St Michael, was extensively damaged, they descended on the school to show their support for owner Depearl Nurse.

Some business people pledged donations of building materials, labour or whatever was necessary for the restoration of the building.
