Say no, Freundel!

THE UNITED STATES’ Supreme Court may have said yes to same-sex marriages, but an outspoken educator has urged Barbados to retain its anti-gay marriage approach.

Matthew Farley threw the exhortation not to the island’s church officials but to Prime Minister Freundel Stuart who will be chairing the 36th regular conference of the CARICOM Heads of Government.

Farley, who retired as head of Graydon Sealy Secondary School last year, was the featured speaker at St Mary’s Primary School’s graduation at St Mary’s Anglican Church yesterday.
