Water off in parts of St Andrew, St John and St Joseph on Wednesday

THERE WILL BE a partial shutdown of the Spring Mains on Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. as the Barbados Water Authority (BWA) continues its mains replacement programme.

This section of capital works is from Benn Spring, St John to Cattlewash, St Joseph, and several areas on the eastern side of the island will be affected.

The areas include Consett Bay, St Marks, Fortescue, Bath, St Margarets, Glenburnie, Foster Hall, St John;

Tent Bay, Bathsheba, Joes River, St Elizabeth, Cattlewash, East Coast Road, St Joseph, and;

Belleplaine, Lakes, Isolation Road, Franklin Doughlin Road, Babylon, Walkers, Shorey Village, Chalky Mount, Cambridge, Bruce Vale, St Simons, Bawdens, Cane Garden, Bruce Vale, Baxters,  St Andrew.

Customers are asked to store adequate amounts of water during this time.
