Held to ransom

BARBADOS IS BEING held to ransom by the governor of the Central Bank.

That was the charge yesterday of Opposition Leader Mia Mottley, in her response to the Financial Statement and Budgetary Proposals presented in the House of Assembly by Minister of Finance Chris Sinckler on Monday.
