IN THE SHADOW of the Ministry of Environment, hidden in plain sight, was a growing illegal dump.
Not only was there the litter generated by the employees who work in the burgeoning industrial area, but evidence of illegal dumping as well.
The site is an open lot opposite one of the fast food restaurants and canteens to be found in the area.
The open area is the least likely spot to dump illegally. But, it is happening.
