SOCA LOVERS who have been waiting 365 days for a taste of soca music and the start of Crop Over 2015 finally got their share.

Last night, bellies were filled and hearts pleased as the HOTT 95.3 FM Mega Cavalcade was held in Queen’s Park, The City.

Though the early crowd was sparse it grew steadily as the likes of Dancin’ Africa, the combined school steel orchestra and former junior monarch Honesty (at left), along with De Bong and new artist Jamar with his sexy backup dancers, entertained the crowd.

Rumatology foreday morning band showcased their offerings and there was a karaoke competition for the audience. The show continued with other new acts as well as some of the more seasoned performers. (SDB Media)
