Head coach Roger Boyce says the Barbados team gave a solid performance at the Central American and Caribbean (CAC) bodybuilding championships over the weekend in Santo Domingo, though they landed only one title.

Speaking to THE NATION last night, Boyce said the young, inexperienced eight-member team did well in the face of some tough competition at the CAC.

“I am happy with the team’s showing in Santo Domingo. It was a young team and they fought well. Overall, I thought the team did well,” said.

Boyce said this year’s CAC was of a very high standard with more than 300 competitors spread across the various divisions. (MK)
