JUDGING to select the 18 semi-finalists for this year’s 2010 Pic-O-De-Crop competition will not commence tonight as scheduled.Word from the National Cultural Foundation is that African Heartbeat, which was scheduled to appear before the judges at the Pepperpot, has withdrawn from the competition.Judging will proceed tomorrow night with the Stray Cats Calypso Tent at Casa Grande Hotel, St Philip at 8 p.m. (YB)
