MEDICAL SERVICES by doctors at polyclinics and outpatient clinics may be performed on a reduced schedule today between 9 a.m. and noon.  This is due to a meeting of the Barbados Association of Medical Practitioners. As a result, people attending these facilities may experience delays in being seen by doctors. However, all other clinic services would operate as normal, including nursing, environmental health, pharmacies and medical records, said the Ministry of Health.   The provision of medical services, including the Fast Track Service at the Winston Scott Polyclinic, is expected to return to a normal schedule at 1 p.m. (BGIS)
