Tuning up for semis show-down

Semi-finalists in the Pic-O-De-Crop competition are ready for battle after their first rehearsal yesterday at Combermere School.  When the MIDWEEK Nation visited the rehearsal, Sir Ruel was busy at practice, making sure he got every tune right for the semis.The young calypsonian will perform We Are The Youth and Earthquake. Shaki-K, who is new to the adult stage, is the youngest competitor and she is ready for the challenge.    She will be performing Fight Back and Help Me.Eric Lewis, who is the reserve, was also there to rehearse his song Put The Lord In Front. Other semi-finalists were expected to practise during the day.
