EVERSON, Pennsylvania – A southwestern Pennsylvania man has been jailed on charges that he head-butted and twisted the legs of his seven-week-old son because the baby would not stop crying.
Thirty-one-year-old Phillip Silvers, of Everson, was jailed after his arraignment yesterday on charges including aggravated assault and child endangerment.
State police said the incident occurred on Sunday, when the child’s mother was out. (AP)
