In Mullins St Peter a fallen tree made the road there impassable at one point today.
It was one of the roads affected by the passing of Tropical Storm Tomas which is now upgraded to a category one hurricane. That system has now passed and Barbados has been given the all clear.
There were heavy winds and rains across Barbados, especially the elevated parts of the island.
