The following is the official route of the State Funeral of the late Prime Minister David from Kensington to the St John Parish Church: Eagle Hall Road; Bank Hall Road; Bush Hall Main Road; Stadium Road; Waterford Bottom Road; ABC Highway from the Clyde Walcott Roundabout to Norman Niles Roundabout; Salters Road; Charles Rowe Bridge; Gun Hill; Newbury; Cottage Road; Golden Ridge; Lemon Arbor; Four Roads; Carters; Gall Hill and onto the compound of the church.
