Minister of Finance Chris Sinckler is a man who understands the requirements of the moment.
Prime Minister Freundel Stuart tonight congratulated Sinckler on delivering his first Budget presentation as the Minister of Finance .
That televised presentation was made on Monday evening in the House of Assembly.
Stuart commended Sinckler for the courage and conviction he “warmed” to the Budget.
“If proof was needed of the diversity of the talents within the four walls of the Democratic Labour Party, Chris Sinckler has provided that proof” he said.
Stuart said Sinckler created a record where no previous Minister of Finance had to deliver a Budget in such a hostile global environment as exists today.
