THE National HIV/AIDS Commission (NHAC) wants Barbadians to “kiss stigma and discrimination goodbye”.
This wish came today from Dr Henrick Ellis chairman of NHAC during a press conference at the commission’s office Warrens, St Michael to announce plans for a free rally at Jubilee Gardens at 2 p.m this Saturday.
The “Kiss Stigma and Discrimination Goodbye” campaign is the first phase of comprehensive campaign, “aimed at reducing and ultimately laying the groundwork for the eradication of HIV-related stigma and discrimination in Barbados”.
