Purple reigned supreme at the Grantley Adams Memorial School’s Inter-House Track and Field Championships today at the National Stadium.
Maxwell House (Purple) won the overall title with 961 points, followed by Challenor (Blue) 683; Johnson (Yellow) 583; Byer (Red) 594 and Crawford (Green) with 521.
Three records were broken. Romario Marshall of Maxwell broke a 29-year mark in the Under-15 boys’ 400 and Shanikah Haynes of Johnson has set the standard for everyone else to beat in the Under-17 girl’s shot put and javelin.
