Several activities that were scheduled to take place today in Barbados are now postponed or cancelled.
Church services and events that were organized for the day, as well as other community activities are now off because Barbados is under a flood warning until 6 this evening.
The Department of Emergency Management (DEM) has confirmed that activities are off, and urged residents to take the necessary precautions, especially those in flood prone areas.
The Defence and Security Department has also issued a call for all solidiers to report back to base immediately. (CM)
