The Barbados Meteorological Service has released a bulletin cautioning Barbadians to be on the alert for unstable weather.
While analysis has shown an improvement in the unstable conditions which have been affecting Barbados recently, wind speeds across the area are decreasing and will continue to generate some instability over the island. Some moderate to heavy down-pours and flash-flooding is likely to occur over some central, western and north-western sections of the island.
These conditions are forecasted to persist into the weekend, thus residents should remain on the alert and take all necessary precautions.
