Not even heavy showers kept the large crowds off Spring Garden Highway.
Thousands converged on the highway to watch the revellers as they made it down to the highway in their numbers.
As some of this year’s popular songs filled the air, and vendors and stalls dotted both sides of the road, spectators were liming and keeping their eyes glued to action on the road.
There was a sea of umbrellas as the heavy rains started, flooding some parts of the highway. (CM)
