Four arrested

THREE?TEENAGERS?are among four people arrested and charged by police in connection with a series of crimes committed between last December and this month.
 Police Public Relations Officer, Inspector David Welch, said two Parish Land, Christ Church men,Michael Anthony Brathwaite, 36, and Adrian Andre Cox, 19, have been charged with a number of offences.
They have been jointly charged with four counts of burglary as well as one count of offensive behaviour; Cox has received an additional one count of burglary and has also been charged with theft (of copper); while Brathwaite faces two additional theft charges.
Brathwaite and Cox appeared before the Oistins Magistrate Court and were both remanded until August 31.
Anthony Akeem Rashad Knight, 17, of Dayrells Hill, Christ Church, and Kishmar Shaquille Alleyne, 18, of 1st Avenue, Alleyne Land, Passage Road, St Michael, were arrested and charged with two counts of burglary while Knight received four additional counts of burglary.
They appeared yesterday in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court, where they both pleaded guilty to one count of burglary and were each sentenced to 18 months in prison, but were remanded to reappear on the remaining charges on October 20. (PR)
