Sea grapes are in season and this Bridgetown vendor yesterday knew exactly where to find them by the thousands.
But he is not revealing his secret place. The only information he would give was that “the grapes sweet, cheap and people buying them”.
The vendor, who gave the SUNDAY SUN his name as “sea grape man”, said it took him “a good few hours” to source the sea grapes, which looked appealing in a tray that rested on a wheelbarrow.
“I can’t give you the exact location, and then next I can’t get no grape to sell?”
Here, the “sea grape man” packing bags for the seeing.
