Frequent delays, cancelled services and long waits in bus terminals, as well as along the routes, continue to frustrate commuters, but the Transport Board insists that there is no shortage of buses.
General manager Sandra Forde rejected any notion that there was a problem of not enough buses, while requesting information on the routes and specific times commuters complained of.
