PATRONS VISITING HILTON Barbados yesterday to take in the culinary talent were not disappointed.
The NIFCA Culinary Arts Exhibition offered a variety of local foods, juices and wines, created by first-timers and school groups
In addition to the local juices and desserts, there were also speciality dishes featuring tributes to late Prime Ministers Errol Barrow and David Thompson.
Here, a fascinated Suzanne Smith (right) and her daughter Aaliyah Alleyne-Smith with this representation of Errol Barrow made entirely of margarine.
