COURTS sent the names of the children at FARR’s Children Home to Santa Claus to be put on his list and they were all found to be nice.
And yesterday the children met at Courts Bridgetown and received their gifts: shoes, dresses, pants, shirts and accessories for their Christmas morning service.
The project is part of a year-long commitment to the children’s home.
Director of human resources, Kyrel Roach, said, “This was an excellent initiative which augurs well for the team members at Courts. Despite the current economic conditions, persons saw it fit to share with those less fortunate.”
Roach also thanked staff, including project coordinator Shellyann Nicholls of human resources, for their “contributions” during the year and to the ambassadors from across the company who drove the initiative.
Also present for the meeting with the children were child care officer Ngina Dyall, children’s attendant Donna Gill and managing director of Unicomer (Barbados) Limited Trisha Tannis. (JS)
