DEAR CHRISTINE: Mothers have all the workd

Dear Christine,
I AM A 28-YEAR-OLD MAN. When I see what women go through when it comes to children, you cannot blame them for some of the things they do unless you know and understand their situation.
I find that we men think that taking care of children is giving $80 or $90 a week. What about providing food? Who takes the children to school?
Who collects them from school and takes them to the doctor when they need to get there? What about all the extra-curricular activities they are involved in? Who sees after these? The mother!
We hardly do anything and are “as free as a bird”. We just give the money, then complain about the mother.
Christine, I know what I am talking about. I see what my sister goes through and I know that her heart is breaking. I do not want to pick sides but I know that my sister tries with her children. She never asks the children’s father for help.
