Emergency services were called out yesterday after a three-vehicle smash-up near the Deighton Griffith School.
A Transport Board bus, a truck and a car were involved in the accident on the ABC?Highway along the Kingsland, Christ Church area.
Four of the more serious passengers travelling on the bus driven by Michael Shepherd, 44, of Work Hall, St Philip, were rushed to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH).
Meanwhile, Kadeem Legall, 23, of Wellhouse, St Philip, the car’s driver, was treated by Barbados Defence Force medical staff and taken to the QEH.
Elwin Emmanuel, 45, of Taitt Road, Brittons Hill, the driver of the truck complained of minor pains, according to the police.
