BARBADOS fast bowler Tino Best will line up alongside several former and current international stars in an International XI to play against an Asian XI in a Twenty20 match in Canada Saturday.
Best, who has represented the West Indies in 14 Tests and 12 One-Day Internationals, is included in a team with the legendary Brian Lara in a match that will be played at the Rogers Centre, an indoor facility with an artificial pitch that was previously known as the Skydome.
The Rogers Centre is the home of Toronto Blue Jays, of Major League baseball, and the Toronto Argonauts, of the Canadian Football League.
It was the venue for festival cricket games that drew large crowds in the 1990s, including some involving the West Indies team.
