A burst WATER MAIN along Porters, St James, which left a plot of land submerged and water spilling onto Highway 1 yesterday, disrupted the morning routine of many residents preparing for work and school.
Fortunately, the Barbados Water Authority responded quickly, sending a crew to repair the eight-inch main and restore service to those affected, and dispatching a water truck to ease the plight of residents inconvenienced by the outage.
