Jackson road closed Friday

Jackson Main road will be closed on Friday night.
The road closure which will be from 9 p.m. until 10 a.m. on Saturday.
Residents and commuters are asked to note that the closure is to facilitate excavation work which is being carried out in the area.
A Press release from C O Williams today stated: “The diversion on the northern side will be at the Arthur Seat junction taking motorists to Millennium Heights and Melrose over to the Ronald Mapp Highway; and on the southern side at the Everton Weekes Roundabout which might therefore require you to choose the Clyde Walcott roundabout or Welches taking you in the opposite direction through Melrose over to Edgehill.
