Q: Are you where you’ve always wanted to be?
A: Personally, yes. I have a great family, I am healthy and I love life. Professionally I am happy with my accomplishments to date but will continue to grow the companies that I am associated with to higher heights.     
Q: What is your biggest professional challenge?
A: Challenging myself and my colleagues to better ourselves and achieve more even after we have accomplished our targets.   Q: What is your biggest life challenge?
A: Don’t really have any. I see a challenge as a mere hump in the road.Q: When you look to the future, what do you see?
A: I see a Barbados that is less dependent on imports and more self-sufficient.Q: What is your favourite pastime?
A: My favourite pastime is car racing, cycling and my family.Q: What is your favourite meal?
A: To be honest, I have many. If I had to choose one I would say shepherd’s pie and pickled green banana. Q: On Saturday nights where are you likely to be?
A: Spending time with my wife and two girls.Q: What upsets you the most?
A: Crime, violence and bad drivers.
Q: What is your guiding philosophy?
A: Take chances, give everything, and have no regrets.Q: If you had the chance to manage Barbados for a day, what would you do?
A: I would put legislation in place to allow me to manage it for another ten years.
