Hearing of the case in which 15 police officers want the Commissioner of Police restrained from announcing further promotions, resumes today in the High Court.
Yesterday, the matter which is being heard in chambers, was adjourned after a short session.
The officers, including ten from the senior ranks, are challenging their omission from a previous list of promotions.
In an unprecedented move, the officers are also urging the High Court to temporarily halt the promotions of 15 other officers until their matter is adjudicated. (TS)
