Skeete’s Bay project on course

Developers of the Skeete’s Bay tourism residential project should complete their “extensive environmental impact study and geotechnical surveys” of the picturesque St Philip beach front area next month.
According to Paul Doyle, owner of The Crane Resort and the man who built out the more than 100-year-old resort into one of the most desirable South Coast properties, said the key studies should be with Government’s planning department very soon.
In an interview with the DAILY NATION, Doyle said: “We are ready to go so once it is approved we will be building full steam ahead and we are all excited about it.
And while those studies were incomplete, he said the Town & Country Planning Development Office had given The Crane owner permission to build one model home, which was now under construction. (GE)
