CENTENARIAN MCDONALD REECE cannot believe that he is 100 years old.
During a visit by Governor General Sir Elliott Belgrave to mark that milestone yesterday, Reece constantly asked his daughter Carlma Reece his age.
“Am I 100?” he asked almost in disbelief. When she replied, “Yes”, the birthday boy responded: “I am 100 and still running ’bout? I don’t feel so; I am all right. I have no problems”.
The former carpenter, who had seven children, was joined in the celebrations by six of them. His wife and a child are deceased. (LK)
