NO WINDOW DRESSING here!
Former leader of the Opposition Barbados Labour Party, Mia Mottley, last night made it clear she and current leader Owen Arthur had put their issues behind them for the good of the party.
“The Barbados Labour Party has one leader. That leader is Owen Arthur,” Mottley told a standing-room-only crowd at the Grazettes Primary School.
Mottley, who was replaced by Arthur as the party leader two years ago, was the guest speaker at the nomination meeting for St Michael North candidate Ronald Toppin.
“Every function of this party is ready to go for the next general election. We are all in this thing together,” Mottley told the party faithful.
