LUXURY REAL ESTATE and property management company Bajan Services Ltd has launched a new brand dedicated solely to the growing holiday rental business.
Speaking during a Press briefing at the company’s Battaleys, St Peter office last Tuesday, business development manager Judith Wilcox said the new brand had its own website featuring more than 100 “best in class” villas and apartments on the West, South and East Coast.
She said Blue Sky Luxury would offer 130 000 room nights for rent per year – more than the island’s largest hotel.
The site was designed to make it easier for guests to find the property that matched their specific needs both in terms of price and amenities, Wilcox noted.
“The quality classification into flagship, luxury, classic and essential is an industry first,” she said.
Marketing and communication director Kathy-Dawn Burke explained that the company intended to take the Blue Sky Luxury brand global.
“One of the key things in developing Blue Sky Luxury and making the transition from Bajan Services is that, as you can imagine, the word Bajan is quite limiting when it comes to being able to take a brand global . . . .
“Blue Sky Luxury gives us the legs, the freedom to take this brand anywhere there’s blue sky and you want to have a vacation,” she said.
Fourteen staff members will be responsible for marketing, promotion, and booking and servicing holiday rental guests while more than 300 hospitality staff will provide housekeeping, chef, laundry, security and gardening services.
Bajan Services will continue to specialize in luxury real estate and property management.
Blue Sky Luxury and Bajan Services are members of the Terra Caribbean group of companies also offering property management and valuation services. (NB)
